Only on the part above $10. Charge $8 shipping and the final value fee ignores it; charge $12 and $2 of it counts. Stripe or PayPal still charge on the full payment.

Is Bonanza cheaper than eBay?

Often, for small sellers: 11% of the item (plus shipping above $10) against eBay's 13.6% of the item, shipping and tax for most categories. On the $40 example eBay's fee is $7.42 versus $6.45 on Bonanza with Stripe. eBay has far more buyers, though.

What does a Bonanza membership save?

The $0.25 transaction fee on every sale. Whether it pays off depends on the membership price and how many sales you make a month.
